Meet the Team at ECS

Declan has been Managing Director since 2016 and oversees all five companies that make up The ECS Group. An experienced leader who has held senior positions working with the likes of Fiat, Nissan, Opel, Volvo, Honda, Lotus, and Mazda, Declan also spent 15 years in the USA working for Dinan-BMW before joining ECS in 2002.

The longest-serving member of ECS’ senior leadership team, Christine joined ECS in 1996 after being headhunted by the company’s founder. Christine previously spent 12 years working for Volvo before taking a career break to travel, returning to join ECS.

Tom joined ECS in 2012 and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Group’s business support functions. Fostering talent, shaping environments, and working across large projects that span the organisation is where Tom gets the most enjoyment.

Alistair brings over 15 years of expertise to his role at ECS, with experience in retail operations, customer service and project management. He handles operational logistics and activity delivery for a number of projects, and is dedicated to aligning ECS’ objectives with those of our valued customers to forge enduring partnerships.

Joining ECS in 2005, Ivan came to ECS from an automotive distributor in his native Spain. A multi-lingual professional with an MBA in Business Administration, Ivan is well-positioned as an International Key Account Manager, focusing his time on the successful delivery of operations to some of our largest customers.

Elliott worked for Audi before diversifying into over industries as an account manager, working for global companies such as EcoLab. During his career he has acquired a varied skillset working closely with clients to ensure the delivery of major projects to the highest standard. Developing relationships is a key element to his role at ECS.
