Advertise a Vacancy

When an opportunity opens up we advertise the role on our website, LinkedIn and through recruitment sites to appeal to the right talent.

Shortlist Candidates

As applications are submitted, we look over the candidates to select those who meet the requirements of the role.

Interview Candidates

We contact the shortlisted candidates for an information gathering telephone call ahead of being invited to interview.

Onboard our New Team Member

We welcome our new team member into the ECS family, equipping them with all they need to help us set the standard.

Extend an Offer to our Top Choice

An offer is made to the successful candidate, initiating when we begin a conversation regarding start dates and references.

Assess & Select a New Hire

Having interviewed candidates, our team will discuss all applicants and decide upon who is the best fit for the role and the ECS team.
