European Customer Solutions (ECS) was founded in 1995 by Allan Monteath as an independent third-party supplier of compliance auditing to provide better solutions for the UK automotive industry.

Initially a small team, ECS grew into a larger company through branching into new markets, always supported by a passionate team of experienced Warranty and Aftersales Management professionals.

Today, our team works across EMEA and beyond, expanding our range of services to meet client needs while the values and ethics established when the company formed remain true to this day.
