Define

Define the purpose and principles of the activity; what does the required outcome look like.

People and Training

Assign the correct people to the project to ensure the outcome is delivered to the required standard.

Ensure all ECS people have the appropriate training and experience to deliver the activities in a consistent way.

Planning and Preparation

Plan the activity as far ahead as possible, to allow for better resources and forecasting information.

Complete all activity preparation within the agreed timeframes; retailer notifications, material preparation, claim analysis and selection, review of historical information.

Auditing

Opening Meeting:
Meet with the relevant retailer personnel and introduce the activity, the scope of the overarching programme, and share the reasons for the activity.

Auditing:
Carried out impartially and against the agreed standards.
Accurate and clear explanations given of any out of line behaviour.
Conducted in a supportive, open-door manner.
ECS always aims for minimal impact to the daily work of the retailers.

Closing Meeting:
All findings reviewed with the retailer and relevant personnel, in an open and transparent manner.

Finalise

Reports are checked and shared for final approval.

Chargeback results are confirmed and synchronised with global database.

Result made available via ECS online customer portals and agreed reporting methods.

Review and Improve

ECS review activity results internally and with our clients; any improvement opportunities are identified.

Any changes are agreed, costs agreed, and implemented.
